We have tried numerous asbestos cases, including single plaintiff cases and a Mass Consolidated Trial in Virginia with over 3000 plaintiffs.
As Local Counsel in South Carolina, we defend manufacturers and distributors of asbestos and silica products. We handle the day-to-day activities of the litigation, including responsive pleadings, discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and trial work.
